DR SYAFIQ SALLEHIN is a medical doctor, husband to a loving wife, and a lifelong student.

He grew up in Malaysia, and went to a medical school in Ireland on scholarship.

Upon coming back home, he has served in various medical institutions in the country.

Being only a young doctor himself, he has some powerful insights into the troubles a 20 something year old adult might have. Although, none of it can compare with  the many patients he has met who have had to deal with depression, chronic illnessess, and extremely grueling personal hardships.

He tells these stories and lessons here in writing, for all the world to see.

This book is his publication debut.
